The inductive learning model of MBA at PBS transcends the confines of facts and theories—a process that teaches individuals not only how to manage organizations, but also how to continually grow and learn throughout life. The PBS MBA, in fact, blends theory with practical applications, consolidated further by insightful (guest) lectures, thorough examinations of real-life cases, field studies, project works, workshops and seminars, presentation sessions, and training programs. Moreover, the program keeps itself abreast of the current trends, hence, fashioning the careers and honing the skills of future CEOs, managers and otherwise through as much empirical learning as through abstract theories. Students also benefit from an array of elective specializations. Some major areas of specialization are explored on the basis of the current international job market trends and needs.
